Run

I ran today, for the first time in a long time. It felt sooo good. I ran 2 miles. I was slow, especially on the hills, especially pushing 55 pounds of cute kids and jogger in front of me. But it felt so good.

I know what you mean. I've run twice now and it did feel good, but it also didn't. :) Did your very lower abdomen cramp up? Mine did. And I wasn't even pushing kiddos. What a babe!

YAY for you! I still haven't run yet...just biked and walked. Not only did you run, you pushed a stroller. BRAVO!

way to go! We haev a jogging stroller, but Isaac won't stay in it. Whats your trick?
